Our team of over 10 employees cater to individual customer needs and develop a targeted financing strategy together with the customer. An entrepreneurial approach is important to us.
MY HYPOTHECA was founded by Karim Schmid and Rolf Zäch to make the mortgage market more transparent and efficient for end customers. Through his work in the property industry, Rolf Zäch was familiar with the desire of buyers for fair and uncomplicated financing without having to run from one bank to another. Together with Karim Schmid’s comprehensive knowledge of mortgages, the perfect symbiosis was created.
Today, MY HYPOTHECA has access to a network of over 50+ financing partners and can evaluate and process these efficiently for the end customer using its specially developed technologies.
An open and entrepreneurial corporate culture is important to the founders. This is the only way the company can continue to develop, whereby the interests of the customer and the personal touch will always take centre stage.
