Costs

Basic fee

The initial consultation, including analysis and strategy development, is free of charge. A base fee of CHF 290 is applied when obtaining offers. However, this fee is waived if you close your mortgage through MY HYPOTHECA.

Performance-based compensation

When the mortgage is concluded, our fee is covered by the financing bank, as our service significantly reduces their workload. Our clients also benefit from better-than-usual interest rates due to the mortgage volume we place with banks each year.

Our initial consultation with comprehensive advice, analysis and strategy development is free of charge and non-binding. We only charge a basic flat rate of CHF 290 once we have received your order to obtain quotations, but this is waived if you conclude a contract with us.

After receiving the required documents, we can submit the first offers to you within 24 hours. Final negotiated offers take between 24 hours and 3 days.
